Qualifications

• Mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and full alignment with CCA’s Statement of Faith.
• Minimum 3 years of pastoral or chaplaincy experience.
• Strong relational, communication, and presentation skills across diverse workplaces and backgrounds.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to engage confidently with organizational leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; seminary or chaplain certification preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally with a flexible schedule and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in computer and mobile technology for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Chaplaincy Care (Approximately 50%) with on-site presence and confidential relationships.
• Provide spiritual counsel, emotional support, and crisis intervention grounded in Biblical truth.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate care records per policy and chaplain manual.
• Offer 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies within assigned companies.
• Growth & Field Development (Approximately 50%) through outreach and networking with prospective client companies.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and Growth Team to engage leaders and coordinate meetings.
• Build and maintain a growing network of business and ministry contacts aligned with CCA’s mission.
