Job summary

Corporate Chaplains Of America is seeking a Fast Track Chaplain to serve as both pastoral caregiver and growth catalyst within our ministry footprint. You will provide Christ-centered chaplain care to assigned employees and client companies while actively supporting expansion through relationship building with prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of pastoral or chaplaincy experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; seminary or chaplain certification preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally with a flexible schedule and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in computer and mobile technology for documentation and communication.
• Mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with CCA’s Faith Statement.

Responsibilities

• Provide Christ-centered chaplain care to assigned employees and companies.
• Develop caring, confidential relationships and provide spiritual counsel.
• Maintain confidentiality and care records according to policy.
• Provide 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies.
• Support team unity with a collaborative, ministry-minded attitude.
• Identify and engage prospective client companies.
• Participate in outreach, networking and meetings with leaders.
• Coordinate with Growth Team to share leads and support closing.
• Build and maintain a network of business and ministry contacts.
