Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of pastoral or chaplaincy experience.
• Strong relational, communication, and presentation skills across diverse workplaces and backgrounds.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to engage confidently with organizational leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; seminary or chaplain certification preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally with a flexible schedule and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in computer and mobile technology for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop caring, confidential relationships with assigned employees, owners, and families on-site.
• Provide spiritual counsel, emotional support and crisis intervention grounded in Biblical truth.
• Maintain care records and confidentiality per policy and chaplain manual.
• Provide 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies within assigned companies.
• Identify and engage prospective client companies in partnership with leadership.
• Coordinate follow-up meetings with business owners, executives, and HR leaders.
• Build and maintain a growing network of business and ministry contacts aligned with CCA’s mission.
