• Business acumen to engage organizational leaders.
• Travel regionally with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Chaplaincy care: build confidential relationships with employees and families; provide spiritual counsel and crisis support; maintain care records and on-call availability.
• Growth & field development: identify prospective clients, network, meet with owners/HR leaders, and support closing processes.
