  • Provides real-time workplace assistance, guidance, and problem resolution for colleagues and visitors.
  • Supports workplace programming, enterprise events, and colleague engagement activities, including room setup, catering coordination, and event execution.
  • Performs furniture movement and room reconfigurations to support business and event requirements.
  • Submits, tracks, and coordinates facilities and technology service requests.
  • May support additional workplace safety responsibilities such as Fire Warden or First Aid Representative
