Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA in Virginia seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role involves working one-on-one with children, following individualized treatment plans and ensuring safety during sessions.

Qualifications

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience And Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
