Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Working Supervisor to support management in daily operations at our busy facilities. You will drive when needed, assist guests, and help ensure smooth team performance across departments.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifts, maintain safety, and uphold DOT and company policies. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read/speak English sufficiently to communicate and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations including driving and Parking Guest Attendant duties as needed.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure safety of vehicles, customers, and employees and report incidents.
• Audit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers.
• Fill shifts or cover shifts as needed and maintain staffing.
• Comply with regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
