Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Oversee shop floor operations and contribute to daily tasks.
• Supervise and train fabrication personnel, emphasizing safety and quality.
• Schedule and track jobs for efficient resource allocation.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and field crews.
• Monitor equipment and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain organized workspaces.
• Understand AISC standards for project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel fabrication or related industry.
• Leadership skills in production or construction.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication techniques and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with fabrication machinery.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Integrity and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of Tekla PowerFab is a plus.
