ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson in Richland, MS is seeking a hands-on Working On Site Supervisor to lead a cleaning crew at our commercial client sites. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to quality, and the ability to manage shifts and safety protocols.

You will supervise, train, and motivate team members, ensure high standards, communicate with clients, and maintain supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, consistent results.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening or overnight shifts as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the duration of a shift.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
