Job summary

Propark Mobility in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Working Manager to lead parking, shuttle fleet, and valet operations with a focus on service excellence and team development. The role oversees scheduling, payroll, and client relations while driving efficiency and revenue integrity.

The ideal candidate has management experience in Parking, Customer Service, or Hospitality, with strong communication and a hands-on, trustworthy approach. Remote/hybrid/in-office work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in parking, customer service or hospitality management preferred.
• Progressive management experience overseeing front-line teams.
• Scheduling and payroll experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure coverage and control costs.
• Develop and maintain client relations and attend client meetings.
• Assist supervisors with customer complaints and day-to-day operations.
• Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet goals.
• Review audits to ensure revenue controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Respond to operational issues as needed.

Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00 Per Hour plus tips!

Work Modality: Remote, Hybrid, In Office

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Sunday

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Ideal Experience:

• This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top assett.
• Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.
