Job summary

ISC Manufacturing LLC in Burleson, TX is seeking a 2nd Shift Working Foreman to oversee daily operations, ensure projects meet deadlines, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, be able to read blueprints, and operate in a fast-paced environment while mentoring staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to fit/weld and pass D1.1 weld test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew to ensure efficient workflow.
• This is a hybrid position, Ideal candidate will be able to fit/weld parts.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of work assignments.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards.
