Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Fitting & Welding Foreman to lead the fabrication shop, direct daily production, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with project management, logistics, and other facilities to meet schedules and uphold standards.
The role requires managerial experience, excellent English, and MS Office proficiency. Overtime and Saturdays may be required to maintain production timelines and customer satisfaction.

The 2nd Shift Fitting & Welding Foreman is responsible for directing and coordinating daily performance, fabrication and production activities during the second shift. This position provides hands‑on leadership to shop personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and production schedules. The Foreman serves as the primary point of contact for shift operations and collaborates cross‑functionally with other fabrication facilities, project management, logistics, purchasing, and others to ensure on time delivery and company objectives are consistently achieved.
