Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Fitting & Welding Foreman to lead the shop, drive safety, quality, and on-time production. You will coordinate fabrication, schedule work, and guide a team of fabricators through daily targets.
This role requires strong leadership, English communication, and experience in fabrication settings. You will work evenings, overtime and Saturdays as needed, collaborating with management, purchasing, and project teams to meet delivery goals.

The 2nd Shift Fitting & Welding Foreman is responsible for directing and coordinating daily performance, fabrication and production activities during the second shift. This position provides hands‑on leadership to shop personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and production schedules. The Foreman serves as the primary point of contact for shift operations and collaborates cross‑functionally with other fabrication facilities, project management, logistics, purchasing, and others to ensure on time delivery and company objectives are consistently achieved.
