Job summary

Matlen Silver in Charlotte, NC is seeking a WorkFusion Developer / Specialist to provide hands-on development, production support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the WorkFusion automation platform. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and/or supporting WorkFusion applications and workflows.
• Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience preferred; strong WorkFusion experience may outweigh overall years of experience.
• Experience with WorkFusion workflow automation.
• Experience troubleshooting and remediating WorkFusion issues.
• Experience supporting WorkFusion in production environments.
• Experience integrating WorkFusion with downstream systems.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions.
• Ability to explain WorkFusion workflows and solutions that you have personally developed or supported.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a WorkFusion Developer / Specialist to provide hands-on development, production support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the WorkFusion automation platform. This role will support an ongoing modernization and optimization effort following a significant WorkFusion remediation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on WorkFusion experience and the ability to work independently with application partners, technical SMEs, and downstream systems. Candidates with approximately 2+ years of experience may be considered, but hands-on WorkFusion expertise is the primary requirement.

• Ongoing support and modernization of the WorkFusion platform.
• Support workflows that classify client emails by intent and route work into GSS / Siebel.
• Provide post-remediation production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Help optimize existing WorkFusion workflows and automation processes.
• Opportunity to contribute to future AI-assisted servicing and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Work independently with application partners and technical SMEs.
• This position is expected to have potential for conversion at the end of the contract.
