Responsibilities

• Coordinating statewide workforce training provider planning, research, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities that strengthen Illinois' provider system.
• Administers statewide workforce training provider systems, including the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).
• Supports consistent implementation of requirements, approvals, quality standards, and accountability processes for providers.
• Conducts research on providers, program evaluation, and performance analysis to support quality and outcomes.
• Collaborates with statewide partners to align workforce, education, employers, labor, and economic development.
