Job summary

• Create, publish, maintain, and adjust schedules based on forecasted demand and requirements.
• Manage planned absences and coverage while keeping staffing levels appropriate.
• Coordinate meetings, training, and other activities to support operations.
• Partner with Operations, Training, Recruiting, and others to align workforce needs.
