You will join project teams, diagnose client challenges, and help design talent solutions across Rewards, HR Transformation, and Workforce Analytics. This hands-on experience emphasizes data-driven consulting and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date Spring 2028.
• Strong academic achievement with ability to balance extracurriculars.
• Interest in human capital consulting and learning new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on industry and organization issues related to talent management and rewards.
• Collect and examine data to develop client solutions.
• Analyze client information to provide insights to senior team members.
