Job summary

New Jersey Primary Care Association (NJPCA) seeks a Workforce Program Manager to lead statewide workforce initiatives, manage special population projects, and oversee research and data collection efforts from its Hamilton, NJ office. The role reports to the President & CEO and is based on-site with a strong emphasis on collaboration across health centers, schools, and training programs.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in public policy/administration or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in public policy/administration, economics, public health, management, sociology or related field.
• At least five years’ experience in program management and coordination in a non-profit setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NJPCA’s workforce initiative, special population projects, and research/data collection.
• Prepare documents and resource materials for workforce projects; conduct surveys and analyze data.
• Build and maintain relationships with health centers, schools, universities, and training programs.
• Ensure timely reporting for grants and contracts; manage training and technical assistance activities.
