As a Workforce Program Specialist you will serve as a Senior Program Analyst, responsible for providing expert analysis on a variety of subject matter, and for initiating and/or leading projects involving the evaluation of programs and operations.

Location of position: This position will be located in General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Shared Services Delivery.

The GS 13 salary range starts at $106,437 per year.

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: experience in supporting workforce programs aligned with organizational goals in maximizing productivity while minimizing cost.

• Applying qualitative and quantitative methods (such as administrative data analysis, trend analysis, identifying skill gaps, surveys) to evaluate program operation's effectiveness and management objectives.
• Advising on workforce planning recruitment processes, human capital strategies and structure to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
• Coordinating with the human resources staff to ensure management adherence in workforce management operations.
• Monitoring workforce performance, initiatives, and/or hiring metrics to optimize structure directly supporting the agency's mission, strategic priorities, and operational needs.
