Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a motivated Workforce Program Analyst to support a federal government customer. You will coordinate workforce initiatives, maintain milestones, and develop executive level briefings and reports.

You will engage stakeholders across departments, track priorities and risks, and assist with workforce planning, talent management, and professional development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, management, human resources, organizational development, or related field
  • Experience with federal government or DoD programs preferred
  • Experience with workforce planning, human capital, and program management
  • Strong written and verbal communication for senior/executive audiences
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders, meetings, and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workforce initiatives, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Military Departments and leadership groups
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and workforce readiness programs
  • Develop executive briefings, decision support materials, and meeting documentation
  • Track priorities, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions through completion
  • Coordinate implementation activities across senior leadership forums and cross-functional teams
  • Prepare meeting materials, capture decisions and action items, monitor commitments
  • Analyze workforce initiatives to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
