Job summary

Mobility Global in Centreville, VA is seeking a Senior Manager to own workforce planning, labor cost modeling, and compensation analytics. You will translate hiring plans and productivity trends into a clear financial view for leadership and guide annual planning and quarterly forecast cycles.

Partner with HR and finance to deliver workforce dashboards, open requisitions analysis, and scenario modeling for outsourcing, automation, and restructuring.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in workforce planning, compensation analytics, FP&A, or similar role.
Hands-on experience building and managing headcount and labor cost models at company scale.
Experience partnering across Finance and HR in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Partner on compensation and benefits analytics.
Deliver workforce analytics and executive reporting.
Strengthen hiring governance and position control.
Model strategic workforce scenarios.
Support external reporting and compliance data needs.
