  • Collaborate with Accounting and Shared Services on month-end close activities, including accruals, reclassifications, and normalization journal entries relevant to functional cost centers.
  • Build and maintain financial models and templates to support cost transformation initiatives, scenario analysis, and ad hoc requests from functional and senior finance leadership; use generative AI to accelerate model documentation, scenario narratives, and executive-ready output.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
