Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Indianapolis seeks a Workforce Planning Analyst to partner with Finance and HR leadership to manage salaried headcount governance, including tracking positions, requests, open roles, contractor usage, and alignment to budget, forecast, and long-range planning assumptions.

In this full-time role, you will collaborate across Operations for multi-site hourly workforce planning, build analytical models, assess risks, and drive HRIS updates and workflow improvements to support

  • Experience with HRIS systems to execute and maintain employee transactions and records.
  • Working with large workforce datasets to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Strong Excel skills to build or evolve analytical tools.
  • Communication skills with ability to influence others and achieve collaborative alignment.
  • Understanding of HR policies, legal compliance and workforce planning activities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations to support multi-site hourly workforce planning across sites, aligning staffing with priorities and budgets.
  • Create/update analytical workforce planning models to review staffing scenarios and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR, legal and other leaders to identify workforce risks and actions in a dynamic environment.
  • Recommend HRIS updates based on organization and role changes including compensation.
  • Project management to define and execute resources and tasks related to workforce changes.

Your Role at Delta Faucet

As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you’ll partner with Finance and HR leadership to manage salaried headcount governance, including tracking approved positions, incremental requests, open roles, contractor usage, and alignment to budget, forecast, and long-range planning assumptions.

  • Partner with Operations to support multi-site manufacturing workforce planning across hourly populations, ensuring staffing plans align with business priorities, financial targets, integration needs, and long-range workforce strategy
  • Create/update analytical workforce planning models based to review various staffing scenarios and make recommendations
  • Collaborate with HR, legal & other functional leaders to identify workforce risks, mitigation opportunities, and staffing implications in a dynamic multi-site environment, including scenario analysis, financial impact, and recommended actions.
  • Recommend HRIS updates based on organization & role changes including compensation
  • Project management to define, coordinate and execute resources and tasks related to workforce changes

This is an opportunity to join our team in a full-time position that is anticipated to last approximately 24 months and includes standard benefits.
