Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with businesses to identify talent needs and opportunities.
• Forecasts talent needs and supports full-cycle recruiting across five counties.
• Matches candidates to job orders and manages referrals via Employ Florida and CRM.
• Engages businesses with outreach and online recruiting events and presentations.
