Job summary

CareerSource Central Florida is seeking a Business Services Consultant I - Talent Fulfillment in Ocoee, FL. This full-time professional role focuses on developing mutually beneficial employer relationships and connecting qualified talent to local opportunities.

You will work with Career Service Consultants and other stakeholders to facilitate placement activities, manage job orders, and analyze data to meet business needs across five Florida counties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least four years in customer service, staffing, sales, nonprofit, workforce or related experience.
• Position requires Tier 1 certification within the stated timeframe and ongoing CEUs.
• Must have valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, or related discipline; CWDP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with businesses to understand needs and opportunities.
• Forecast talent needs and support full-cycle recruiting; consistently source qualified candidates.
• Analyze data to define the ideal candidate and business requirements.
• Engage candidates to align skills with job market needs.
• Conduct presentations and online recruiting events using multiple digital platforms.
• Make outbound calls across a five-county area to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with CSCF/Florida Commerce staff to facilitate referrals and meet business needs.
• Enter and review data in Employ Florida and CRM for quality and compliance.
