Qualifications

• Associates degree in business administration, social sciences, or related discipline; supplemented by four years’ workforce development or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with at least four years’ experience in Customer Service, Staffing, Sales, Non-profit, Workforce or related experience
• Bachelor’s or equivalent coursework in a related field with at least four years’ experience in Customer Service, Staffing, Sales, Non-profit, Workforce or related experience

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and draft short and long term career goals and plans.
• Conduct standardized assessments and synthesize information to refer quality job opportunities.
• Assist clients and employers with job search, referrals, resume prep, and employability workshops.
• Entrust data accuracy and timely data entry across systems.
