Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Analyzes historical staffing data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement. Creates process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate findings and implement solutions.
Monitors real time data including appointment utilization to ensure optimal PSC performance. Build plans to address gaps in staffing levels for optimal resource allocation. Partners with supervisor/manager to develop justification for additional staff based on patient volume and
