The Workforce Expansion & Development Director serves as the senior leader responsible for ensuring the academic integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence of ABC’s apprenticeship and education programs. This position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management of educational operations, including instructor payroll, expense verification and regulatory reporting. The Director safeguards fiscal integrity, data accuracy, and adherence to all federal, state, and local standards governing apprenticeship and workforce education.
