Job summary

Dallas College is seeking an WFE Instructional Support Specialist for the BankWork$ program. You will coordinate continuing education initiatives, support students and instructors, and build partnerships with employers and community organizations to enhance program outcomes.

You will manage scheduling, recruitment, and communications, ensuring compliance with district policies and high-quality learning experiences across campus and partner sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, evaluate, and develop continuing education or workforce programs.
• Serve as primary contact for students, instructors, employer partners, and community organizations.
• Assist with course scheduling, program planning, and instructional logistics.
• Support recruitment by engaging prospective students and providing information.
• Monitor program effectiveness, outcomes, and satisfaction data for improvements.
• Collaborate with instructors to support curriculum implementation and learning quality.
• Recruit and onboard instructors, ensuring alignment with policies.
• Coordinate instructor meetings and professional development activities.
