Responsabilidades

• Strategic planning, workforce shaping, data gathering, and project coordination.
• Updating training records, gathering feedback, and supporting evaluations.
• Using systems such as Waypoints, N ERP, eDACM, DISS, and E-Verify for data entry and reporting.
• Supporting Academic Programs by processing invoices, interfacing with students and universities, updating SOPs, and supporting information sessions.
• Analyzing organizational needs, conducting market research, coordinating with vendors, configuring classrooms, and reporting trends.
• Coordinating board reviews, maintaining SPO sites, tracking metrics, supporting recognition events, and assisting non-S&E programs.
• Support off-site training registration workflows, onboarding materials, onboarding documentation, and audiovisual/administrative support.
• Design, develop, and update curricula, create facilitator/student guides, support OnDemand courses, ensure 508 compliance, and improve CDU content.
• Provide coaching to CDU facilitators and CSC coaches, including executive coaching for leaders, and developing coaching plans.
• Review regulations and policies under Title 5, coordinate with HR, and continuously improve operations.

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Workforce Development/Training Specialist in Crane Indiana.

Position Description

• Strategic planning, workforce shaping, data gathering, special projects, and quality meetings, and shall recommend updates to instructional methods, technologies, and course materials.

• Updating training records, obtain and analyze student and vendor feedback, support evaluation processes

• Using systems such as Waypoints, N ERP, e DACM, DISS, and E Verify for data entry and reporting.

• Supporting Academic Programs by processing invoices, interfacing with students and universities, updating SOPs, and supporting information sessions

• Analyzing organizational needs, conducting market research, coordinating with vendors, configuring classrooms, assisting with registration, entering completions, and reporting trends.

• Coordinating board reviews, maintaining systems and SharePoint Online (SPO) sites, tracking metrics, supporting recognition events, recommending updates to instructions, and assisting non-S&E competency programs.

• Support off site training registration workflows, facilitate and deliver onboarding materials, maintain onboarding documentation, and provide audiovisual and administrative support.

• Design, develop, and update custom training curricula, create facilitation and student guides, support OnDemand/online course development, ensure Section 508 compliance, and recommend improvements to CDU content

• Provide support and coaching to CDU facilitators and CSC coaches, including executive level coaching for leaders, developing individualized coaching plans, and offering confidential guidance.

• Review and recommend actions on regulations and policies under Title 5 and other authorities, scan and analyze documents, develop correspondence, and continuously improve operations while coordinating with other HR functions on complex issues
