Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager - Navy Property Management & Logistics in Crane, IN. Position Responsibilities:

• Manage performance to ensure services and deliverables meet requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
• Direct and coordinate personnel supporting property accountability, warehouse operations, receiving, inventory, shipping, and related administrative functions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact; communicate priorities, resolve issues, and track actions through completion.
• Monitor staffing levels, labor hours, expenditures, and performance against the approved staffing plan and budget.
• Implement quality control procedures, monitor performance metrics, and manage corrective actions.
• Oversee preparation and submission of required reports, deliverables, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate support for property accountability reviews, inventory reconciliation, and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness activities.
• Identify operational, staffing, schedule, and cost risks and implement mitigation measures. Ensure personnel maintain required qualifications, training, clearances, access, and equipment certifications.

Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
• More than five years of relevant professional experience in program or project management. Experience supporting property accountability, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping, or disposal. This position is located in Crane, IN.
