This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, solving complex problems, building community and employer relationships, and seeing measurable results from their work.
You will supervise our Return-to-Work Liaisons and oversee the day-to-day delivery of services—from initial participant engagement and work-readiness planning through employment placement and long-term retention.
This position is based in West Virginia and requires up to 25% travel throughout the state to support team members, participants, employers, and community partnerships.
We're looking for someone who can balance compassion with accountability. You should be comfortable leading a team, navigating complex participant situations, working with employers and community partners, and using data to understand whether the program is making a meaningful difference.
Preferred background includes:
Success isn't simply getting someone a job.
It's helping participants successfully return to work, address barriers that could disrupt employment, and build the support necessary to stay employed over time.
You'll help lead a program that measures both the quality of the participant experience and meaningful outcomes—including timely engagement, individualized Return-to-Work planning, employment placement, and 30-, 60-, 90-, and 180-day retention.
At Ascension Recovery Services, we believe recovery can transform lives, families, and communities.
Our work is centered on creating opportunities for individuals to build greater stability, independence, and purpose. Meaningful employment can be an important part of that journey.
You’ll join an organization that values people, ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and meaningful results and you'll have the opportunity to help shape a growing program with real impact across West Virginia.
