Job summary

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Work Force Development Specialist 1. You will support training documentation systems, training records, and content materials within the Workforce Development team.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of technical writing experience for new systems or processes (prefer semiconductor), LMS administration, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes (preference for semiconductor domain).
• Experience administering a learning management system.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist WorkforceDevelopment team with training documentation systems, records, and content materials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests.
• Maintain documents using appropriate software, standards, styles, and templates.
• Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Create and manage on-the-job training (OJT) certifications for controlled documents.
