Responsibilities

  • Instructs claimants and employers via phone and email on Wage Audit Notices, New Hire Notifications and Audit Notices; answers questions and assists with issues.
  • Performs beginning-level review of eligibility reviews to ensure proper work registration and assign to investigators.
  • Processes incoming mail and unemployment insurance claim letters; logs and routes mail; notifies parties of returned mail.
  • Drafts correspondence in response to claimant requests and reviews previous days work for accuracy.
  • Performs other duties as required.
