Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Workforce Development Program Supervisor for the Airport location to oversee job placement programs and staff, ensuring compliance and strong performance metrics. The role includes coordinating with community partners and managing program reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or in process, a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience in the workforce development industry highly preferred.
• Experience working with people with disabilities or who are disadvantaged.
• Experience in job development, recruitment, financial aid and job placement services for individuals facing multiple employment barriers.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software to perform the requirements of the position.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Program Oversight & Compliance: Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Staff Supervision & Development: Supervise, coach, and support staff performance with SMART goals and reviews.
• Performance Management & Reporting: Monitor enrollment and outcomes, complete timely reports and grant deliverables.
• Community Engagement & Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with community agencies, employers, and partners to enhance program visibility and referrals.
• Administrative & General Duties: Maintain confidentiality and complete administrative duties within timelines.
