Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Junior Workforce Developer to identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development for a federal client in Washington, DC.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze operational challenges, develop documentation and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement, compliance, and mission efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
• Federal client experience is a plus.
