Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Workforce Developer (WD) – Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client in Washington, DC. This is a Full-Time, Mid-Level role in Administrative and Logistics Support. A DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

The role focuses on identifying learning needs, coordinating training, mentoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive workforce development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
