Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team is seeking a Product Manager for Workforce Data to shape strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for enterprise data capabilities. You’ll partner across HR, Technology, and Data, delivering scalable data products and AI-ready solutions while influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

You will define problems, set priorities, and drive adoption, data quality, and governance with an emphasis on responsible AI and security across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in technology product management, data products, enterprise data platforms, workforce technology, analytics, or a closely related discipline.
• Ownership of product strategy and roadmaps for enterprise technology or data capabilities, including discovery, prioritization, delivery partnership, adoption, measurement, and lifecycle decisions.
• Strong understanding of modern data product concepts, including source-to-consumption flows, data domains, data quality, metadata, lineage, semantic models, APIs or data services, analytics consumption, and platform thinking.
• Experience translating complex workforce/HR/regulatory needs into user-centered product outcomes and clear delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workforce Data product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap with clear outcomes and investment choices.
• Lead discovery with workforce stakeholders and data consumers to identify high-value problems and target users.
• Define and manage the product portfolio spanning data domains, analytics layers, and AI-ready consumption patterns.
• Establish and maintain a clear backlog and outcome-based roadmap for production-ready outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across HR and Technology with concise business and technical language.
• Define product health and value measures and refine priorities using evidence.
• Champion governance, privacy by design, security, lineage, and responsible AI practices.
• Guide change, adoption, and product operating practices with clear ownership and release communications.
