About the job: Workforce Contract Compliance Specialist
The Workforce Contract Compliance Specialist role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in program compliance related to workforce contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with workforce contract requirements, including data collection and document generation.
- Utilize computer skills such as word processing, spreadsheets, project scheduling tools, desktop publishing, and database applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, and data entry is required.
- Manage contracts related to Diversity & Inclusion and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) systems like B2Gnow.
- Oversee Labor Compliance Program, including monitoring, auditing, and enforcing compliance in accordance with DIR practices.
- Develop and deliver customer reports, maintaining organized databases and formatting presentable reports within specified timeframes.
- Handle contract booking documents, such as subcontracts, POs, invoice collection, and tracking.
- Provide administrative support to management, including account balancing and reconciliation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, building occupants, and project teams, responding promptly to communications.
- Post information to records and databases, maintaining organized document storage.
- Assist in research, problem-solving, and process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain a professional office environment, including product ordering and inventory management.
- Attend and document meetings across various project phases and sites.
- Perform additional duties to support the O&M team as needed.
