About the job: Workforce Contract Compliance Specialist
The Workforce Contract Compliance Specialist requires 5 years of experience in program compliance, including data collection and document generation.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience related to Workforce Contract Compliance, data collection, and document generation.
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, project scheduling tools, desktop publishing, and database applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, and data entry.
- Experience with Contract Management related to Diversity & Inclusion.
- Experience with B2Gnow Small Business Enterprise (SBE) system.
- Knowledge of Labor Compliance Program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver customer reports, maintain organized databases, and format presentable reports within specified timeframes.
- Manage contract booking documents such as subcontracts, POs, invoice collection, and tracking, along with other finance-related tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the management team for assigned sites, including account balancing and reconciliation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, building occupants, and project teams.
- Respond promptly to telephone calls, emails, and work orders.
- Post information to records, maintain organized document storage, and assist with database management.
- Conduct research, solve problems, and suggest improvements to business processes and efficiencies.
- Maintain a professional office environment, including product ordering and inventory management.
- Attend and document meetings during all project phases at various sites.
- Perform additional duties to support the O&M team as needed.
Additional duties:
- Maintain B2Gnow SBE system.
- Monitor, audit, and enforce Labor Compliance Program according to DIR standards.
- Maintain Certified Payroll system, LCPtracker.
