Job summary

RxCompass, LLC is seeking a Workforce Analyst to oversee workforce planning, real-time operational support, and reporting for RxCompass and Variable Copay. You will translate workload and service data into staffing recommendations, monitor daily performance, and maintain forecasts and staffing models.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, conducting analyses, and coordinating with Operations leadership to adjust schedules and coverage during volume fluctuations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, analytics, operations, or technology
• Two years of experience in workforce management, reporting, analytics, operations support, or related field
• Experience using Excel to analyze operational data and prepare recurring reports
• Experience identifying performance trends, variances, and operational risks

Responsibilities

• Forecast workload, staffing models, and real-time support across RxCompass and Variable Copay.
• Analyze variance, root causes, and performance trends for staffing decisions.
• Create dashboards and ad hoc analyses for actionable insights at multiple levels.
• Maintain attendance, schedule, time-off, overtime, and staffing records.
• Coordinate overtime and time-off recommendations based on workload.
• Support hiring plans, onboarding schedules, training capacity, and nesting plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, HR, Training, and Technology teams.
