Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Workflow Specialist Level 4 for the Day shift in Finance. You design and implement workflow processes to boost efficiency across aerospace production and operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and streamline projects.

You will monitor workflow metrics, report findings to leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging a background in aerospace testing, process optimization, and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in aerospace or related testing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace testing procedures, instrumentation, and safety protocols.
  • Familiar with diagnostic tools and test equipment used in aerospace systems validation.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in workflow management and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management principles.

You Must Have
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace or related testing environments
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace testing procedures, instrumentation, and safety protocols
  • Familiar with diagnostic tools and test equipment used in aerospace systems validation
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test plans accurately
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in workflow management and process optimization within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Familiar in analyzing complex workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track workflow performance and support continuous improvement.
