Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Technician - Test - Level 4 to perform advanced testing and validation of products, ensuring quality and reliability in a high‑volume environment.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, interpret schematics, and work closely with engineering and production teams to drive improvements and maintain detailed records of results. This role supports a strong safety and quality culture.

Qualifications

Technician - Test - Level 4 (Finance)

In this role, you will impact the overall product quality and operational efficiency by performing advanced testing tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance product performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex testing and validation of products according to established procedures and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during testing phases.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of test results and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in performing detailed product testing and validation in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of test equipment, instrumentation, and diagnostic tools relevant to product testing.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures to execute tests accurately.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving complex technical issues during testing phases.

• Associate degree or equivalent technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or related field.
• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or product development environment.
• Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE) and software tools used in test data collection and analysis.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
