Honeywell is seeking a Technician - Test (Level 2) on a Mon-Fri swing shift to execute precise test procedures, validate aerospace systems, and work with engineering to resolve issues.

This on-site role in San Jose, CA offers an hourly pay range of $28.19–$35.22 plus benefits, including medical and life insurance, a 401(k) match, disability coverage, and education assistance.

Candidates must be a U.S. Person and may need security clearance; associate or bachelor degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace or related technical testing roles.
• Strong knowledge of test equipment, instrumentation, and aerospace system components.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures to ensure accurate execution.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and ability to analyze test data to identify anomalies or failures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards applicable to aerospace testing environments.
• This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.

You Must Have

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace or related technical testing roles.
