Rodefer Moss, PLLC is a regional CPA firm seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead people, manage multiple tax engagements, and help shape the growth of our Knoxville tax practice.

You’ll mentor staff, review returns for individuals, corporations and partnerships, research complex tax issues, and collaborate with partners to deliver high‑quality client service in a collaborative culture. This role offers balance and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience, including tax planning and review.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and CPA license.
• Experience with corporate, individual, and partnership taxation.
• Strong communication with leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements
