Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Workflow Lead at our North Mankato-MN facility. You will coordinate daily plans, ensure teams have what they need, and help answer questions to keep operations running smoothly.

You will post production numbers, participate in Gemba Walks, and sign off on QC to ensure quality. This role requires clear communication and physical readiness for a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Regularly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

Responsibilities

• Work with employees to ensure they have everything they need each day to perform their job at a high level.
• Help answer questions or find answers to questions each day.
• Work with the supervisor on daily plans.
• Post daily Production numbers and present to Leaders during the Gemba Walks.
• Be willing to learn baseline on equipment to help cover breaks.
• Have a keen eye for quality and the ability to sign off on QC for each job.
