Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of workers' compensation claim handling experience, including litigated and complex claims; training or coaching preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation practices, laws, reserving and claim strategies.
• Excellent facilitation and written communication; ability to work with leaders at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain onboarding for workers' comp claims.
• Develop curriculum, guides, and reference materials for training.
• Lead continuous learning for claim professionals across jurisdictions.
• Review audit results to identify knowledge gaps and action plans.
• Set objectives and measure knowledge transfer and business impact.
• Collaborate with claims leadership to ensure content meets business needs.
• Coach participants in the Adjuster Development Program.
