MSIG USA is seeking a Workers' Compensation Specialist to manage regulatory filings, bureau changes, and multi-state product updates. The Workers' Compensation Specialist plays a key role in supporting MSIG USA's Workers' Compensation product and regulatory compliance initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating the implementation of bureau changes, preparing and managing regulatory filings, monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure MSIG USA's Workers' Compensation products remain compliant, competitive, and operationally efficient. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation insurance, NCCI and independent bureau requirements, state filing regulations, and insurance product management processes. This role serves as a critical liaison between Product Development, Underwriting, Actuarial, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external filing partners.
The base pay range is $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 . Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
