You will analyze payroll records, 941s, DE9/DE9C forms, and premium calculations, while delivering exceptional service and independent account management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of workers' compensation payroll auditing experience.
• Strong understanding of California workers' compensation classification codes and WCIRB rules.
• Experience reviewing payroll reports, audits, and premium calculations.
• Knowledge of California payroll regulations and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze workers' compensation payroll audits for accuracy.
• Identify payroll discrepancies, incorrect class codes, and potential premium overcharges.
• Review payroll records, quarterly 941s, DE9/DE9C forms, and financial statements.
• Assist clients with audit disputes, corrections, and premium adjustments.
• Work directly with insurance carriers and clients to resolve audit issues.
• Review subcontractor payments, certificates of insurance, and employee classifications.
• Help clients prepare for upcoming workers' compensation audits.
