Job summary

Arrowhead Intermediaries is seeking an Auditor to review Workers’ Compensation premium audits for accuracy and alignment with policy records. You will evaluate classifications, payroll, ownership, endorsements, and entity relationships, coordinating with underwriting, brokers, carriers, and audit vendors to ensure accurate premium outcomes.

The role requires at least two years of insurance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid or remote

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of insurance experience, preferably in Workers’ Compensation premium audit, underwriting, or compliance.
• Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to explain audit findings clearly.
• Ability to review detailed records, identify inconsistencies, and make sound decisions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable in carrier/vendor/bureau/internal systems.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review completed premium audits for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company, carrier, bureau, and state requirements.
• Compare current audits to prior audits and policy history to identify payroll or classification changes and other discrepancies.
• Evaluate class code assignments, payroll allocations, ownership, endorsements, and entity relationships.
• Coordinate policy corrections and endorsements required as a result of audit findings.
• Respond to audit inquiries from brokers, insureds, auditors, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
